Brides for a Cause is coming to San Jose on January 31-February 3 at the Courtyard Marriott in San Jose/Campbell!
Brides for a Cause is holding a special Charity Wedding Dress Sale on Thursday, Jan. 31 - Sunday, Feb. 3 at the Courtyard Marriott in San Jose/Campbell to help raise funds for Wish Upon A Wedding Northern California Chapter.
We need tons of volunteers to help at the event!
Brides will be able to shop among hundreds of beautiful, discounted name brand and designer wedding dresses up to 75% off the retail prices. We need your help assisting these brides.
Here are some of the responsibilites you'll be assigned to:
- Help set up and tear down the event
- Greet Brides as they enter
- Help brides select gowns
- Help brides in the fitting room try on gowns
- Help put dresses back on the racks
- Check out area (bag gowns, etc)
HELPFUL HINTS:
Please wear a pink or black shirt! Jeans, slacks, skirts are all accepted. Wear confortable shoes as you'll be on your feet!
Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts and invite your friends, colleagues, family members!
You don't need to know anything about wedding dresses, though it's always helpful. We are looking for fun, passionate volunteers who want to help brides find their dream dresses! Everyone is welcome!
*High school groups are best for set up and tear down!*
This charity event supports Wish Upon A Wedding, a national non profit organization that provides weddings and vow renewals for individuals facing terminal illness and other serious life -altering situations.
Please select your shift(s) above and arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your friends and family members! Men are needed too to assist with set up/tear down and returning gowns to the racks during the event.

VIP Sneak Peek on Thursday, Jan 31 from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Get first dibs on the gowns and enjoy complimentary champagne & dessert bar, $15 per person
Brides for a Cause Dress Sale
Friday, Feb 1 from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 3 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
